If you're experiencing issues with files or programs getting tagged with false positives in Ultra Antivirus, you can try excluding them from the virus scan.
Excluding files from Ultra AV on mac
First, open the UltraAV app.
Next, you will want to go to Settings> Exclude in the Ultra AV app. Here, you can see any files you have excluded.
On the new page, click on the three dots (...). This will open the File Explorer. Select the folder or file you want to exclude and click on OK.
Next, after selecting a file or a folder, click on Exclude.
After adding a file or folder, it will be displayed in the list below. Be careful what you exclude, as you don't want to exclude more than is necessary.
The file(s) you have selected will now be excluded from the virus scan.
If you want to remove a previously excluded file, click on the checkbox next to the file and select Restore.
