We have a useful feature available to recover files that may have been mistakenly quarantined.
If a file was quarantined and you want it back, please follow these steps.
Recover files
First, open the Ultra AV application.
Next, click on Recover files
This will open a new page where all files that have previously been detected as a threat has been quarantined.
There are three options here: Delete, Recover & Exclude, and Recover files.
Delete: This option will delete the selected file(s). Do note that they will be permanently deleted, without a way to get them back.
Recover & Exclude: This option will recover the files, and will also exclude them from any future virus scans. Only select this option if you trust the selected file(s).
Recover files: This option will recover the quarantined files, but will not exclude them from any future scans. IF you run another scan, these files may be detected as malicious and will be quarantined gain.
Click the checkbox on the file(s) you want to restore, and then select the action.
