What happens when Ultra AV detects a virus?

When Ultra Antivirus detects a virus, you will receive a notification. The detected files will then be put into quarantine, in order to prevent them for executing malicious code or changes to your system.

You can then choose what to do with these files. Either restore them, delete them, leave them in quarantine, or exclude them from future searches. These actions can be done through the Recover files part of Ultra AV for Windows and mac.
